Caitlin Rice is the founder and CEO of Éclat Media Group, a marketing + PR consulting firm built on a simple belief: most small business owners are capable of doing their own marketing—they just need the right guidance.
After years of running a boutique PR agency and working closely with companies from healthcare to construction and beyond, Caitlin began to notice a common challenge:
Many small businesses didn’t necessarily need a full-service agency managing every detail of their marketing. What they really needed was clarity, honest advice, and a trusted expert they could turn to when they had questions, ideas, or needed help deciding what strategies were actually worth their time and budget.
That realization led Caitlin to evolve Éclat Media Group into a consulting-focused agency where she works directly with business owners as a strategic advisor, helping them build practical marketing plans they can confidently execute themselves.
With a background in communications and public relations from Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin—where she graduated Magna Cum Laude—Caitlin brings experience in media outreach, event strategy, email marketing, partnerships, and branding.
Known for her curiosity (always a “why?” kid at heart!) and love of learning, she enjoys diving into new industries and helping businesses uncover the opportunities that will help them stand out. Now based in Melbourne, Florida, Caitlin is also deeply involved in the local community. She currently serves as Vice Chair for the Early Learning Coalition of Brevard, and as a board member for the Melbourne Regional Chamber, where she previously served as the 2022–2023 chair of the Small Business Council.
Outside of Éclat Media Group, Caitlin enjoys checking out the newest wine bars, catching up on the latest episode of her current favorite show, and reading in the company of her pets (all 14 of them!)
In addition to her work in marketing, Caitlin serves as principle and COO of Fazio Global, a multimedia company that offers both The Headshot Experience (The OG!), and the famous “Chuck’s Sketchy Robots.”
